 5 SIMPLE STEPS TO NEW FLOORING:
1 Visit our showroom to see what we have to offer. At this point you will receive assistance with the design and practicality of your floor covering choice.
2 Sign out samples of the flooring that you are interested in. The colors you choose will always look different in different lighting. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing samples home to see how they look in your home.
3 Make an appointment for a free estimate. If you make this appointment while you are still in the showroom, the sales representative can pick up the borrowed samples from your home to return to the store to save you a trip.
4 Deposit 50% to place your order. At this point we will order your material if it is a special order item (or schedule an installation if it is a stock item). Once the special order merchandise has arrived at our store, we will call you to schedule an installation. We get deliveries 1-2 times per week on most hardsurface items. Carpet orders usually take a week and a half.
5 Flooring is installed and balance of 50% is collected by our installers. Congratulations! You have just finished your flooring project!
