OLEFIN carpets are made out of recycled soda bottles. This is a great product primarily used in berbers. 100% Olefin products can be cleaned with a 50/50 bleach and water combination to get tough stains out!

LINOLEUM is a natural product made from linseed oil, pine resin, wood flour, pigments and has a jute backing

CORK is a great product with many positive attributes. It is derived from the bark of the cork tree. The bark is peeled off the tree every 7 years or so. It then regrows. The tree is not harmed in this process.

WOOL carpet fiber is sheared from sheep. Because these animals usually reside in cooler climates, the wool has a natural oil 'coating' which helps repel liquid. This is where natural stain resistance comes into play. In addition, there is a natural crimp in the wool which helps prevent the fiber from matting. Wool withstands much abuse and can last a lifetime.
